Living Life...Boomer Style

The only thing I knew about Seven Pounds was that it starred Will Smith.   After watching the first 15 minutes I pretty much figured out the ending, but I didn't have any details.  Watching this film unfold was like watching a beautiful flower reach toward the sun and open it's petals to show off its entire splendor. And speaking of beautiful, the mesmerizing Rosario Dawson captures the interest of Smith's character and two together, well that is a thing of beauty.

Ben Thomas is an IRS agent with a fateful secret. Assuming the identity of his younger brother, Ben sets out in search of redemption. Instead, Ben discovers true love while forever changing the lives of seven complete strangers. The plot is unusual; very interesting with twists and turns throughout the film. 

The actors performances are first rate and the story is heart wrenching.  I don't want to give away the ending, so I will leave you with this.  This film is a bittersweet tale of love, hope, loss and redemption.
